Open an Account with Valley Futures Trading / ADM Investor Services:

Step 1:

Download and read the Photo ID requirement notice, and General Checklist

• General Checklist 

Step 2:

Select and download the appropriate forms for your new account type and the Risk Disclosure document below: 

• Individual, Sole Proprietor, or Joint Account   [Sole Proprietors: Sole Proprietor Designation required (Sole Proprietor Designation)] 

• Corporate or Limited Liability Account (Copy of the Articles of Incorporation or Legal Operating Agreement identifying authorized signors required)

• Partnership Account (Copy of Partnership Agreement required)

• Trust Account (Copy of Trust Agreement required)

• Risk Disclosure (customer copy)

Step 3:

Print and complete the downloaded forms.  Please make sure you sign and date all appropriate areas on the account documentation.

Step 4:

FAX or Mail your completed account documents and other require documentation directly to us at the following address:
